Robinson's Latest Portrait

Robinson in Black and White

I was inspired by the artist's rendition to try a B&W shot of my own. This one is also the result of something I learned in my photography class about using fill-in flash to make the subject pop and darken the background. I am pleased with the result. (I love it when you plan a shot, and actually get something worthwhile!)

I love how you show his expressions and you can see his face beneath the fur, if that makes sense.

That's lovely! He does look good in black and white due to the texture of his fur.

And I know exactly what you mean about feeling delighted when something you planned turned out right.
