Bright Sunshiny Day

The first real day of summer for us coinciding with my first official day of vacation. I spent it partly in the garden, partly playing a rather delightful online game that I alpha-tested for and is now in beta, partly taking a lovely long bike ride over to the "Oak Bay Tea Party" (small-scale municipal fun fair in beautiful beach-front location) where I met my friend mkb and we strolled around and then had Thai food for supper, then lovely long bike ride home in the evening sunlight. It was All Good. And now it's a glass of cider, possibly some more of the game and then one of several books I have lined up to read. Excellent.
